With Netigate's web app, users conduct customer and employee surveys. When they then have the answers, Quick analysis give the user the most important insights and support acting on insights and communicating within the organization.

As a UX designer, my role was to work with the product team to develop concepts for Quick analysis, which we then tested and evaluate together with users. In a second step, I produce Figma prototypes as a basis for the developers, which I then support in the development phase until release.

A major challenge with the project is to build an analysis tool that is broad enough to automatically present a relevant analysis to most customers, regardless of what their data looks like.
