Oneflow
2019-2021
As the responsible designer at Oneflow I have built up an understanding of the product and the users’ needs, by meeting the users, working closely with my colleagues at customer support as well as analyzing user data. With that as a starting point, I have worked on optimizing function and aesthetics in the app to better suit the needs.
A goal is to create product-led growth. The focus has been on analyzing flows on how existing users share the service with new users who then test and learn the service.
I have also, as a parallel task, built Oneflow’s design library to streamline work.
