As a responsible designer, I have focused on putting user needs at the center to motivate a total restructuring of how the university presents its activities. The most fun has been to develop new services for the students, the most important customers for the university. The result was a new student web where we gathered all the information and all the services the students needed. An extra acknowledgment that we succeeded in addition to positive user tests was that the student web was nominated by IDG for the best new site 2018 in the category of education.
